This is only during the COVID19 pandemic if you have an emergency, our out of hours contact number is 07494422667.  (please do not call this if it is not an emergency)

Please do not come to the office without an appointment or if you show any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), the symptoms are a high temperature, a new, continuous cough and a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.

We want to assure you that we are following all government guidance and have been advised to avoid face to face contact unless it is essential.


Must be worn on all appointments made within the office.


All property viewings will be carried out on a strict appointment only basis and will be done in line with social distancing guidelines.


Please report all repairs as normal by phone 01253 928200 or log into your My Property File or by email and these will be dealt with in our usual speedy and professional manner – however if you are unwell or self-isolating, your repair may not be attended to as a matter of urgency. In emergency circumstances we will endeavour to make arrangements for repairs to be dealt with.
Our contractors will be advised to take extra precautionary measures such as wearing face masks and gloves where required attending call out jobs to tenanted properties for both their and your safety.


Tenants that require electric cards are asked to telephone the office on 01253 928200 and pre-order cards ready for collection. Where possible; we would ask that bank-transfers are made.
